Inter are looking to make at least one big sale in a bid to meet Financial Fair Play restrictions, and Premier League interest in Perisic makes him a likely contender to leave the San Siro.

The 28-year-old has ten goals and six assists from the flanks this season, playing both on the left and right-hand side.

A pacey, hard-working winger with an eye for goal, Perisic seems ideally made for Conte’s demanding style of play at Chelsea.

United boss Jose Mourinho won’t be happy, however, with the Portuguese recently spotted in Croatia amid speculation he was keen to thrash out a deal for the former Wolfsburg man.
