The Greece international has been linked repeatedly with Premier League clubs down the years, with Chelsea most recently linked with a £42million bid for him this summer.
However, with those moves failing to come to fruition, Conte may want to take note of Manolas’ situation as he seemingly looks ready to turn his back on a move to Russia.
According to Sky Sports, Manolas had been set for a £30million move to Roberto Mancini’s side, but could be willing to pull the plug on a deal as he demands to be paid in Euros rather than Rubles.
Manolas is concerned about the less stable Russian currency and it remains to be seen if a new agreement can be reached between both parties.
If there is any chance that the 26-year-old is now available, it could well be that Premier League clubs will show an interest in him again after his fine performances in Serie A down the years.

Chelsea are in need of strengthening in defence this summer, while Arsenal could also arguably do with revisiting their previous interest in Manolas, who arguably looks an upgrade on the likes of Shkodran Mustafi, Gabriel and Per Mertesacker.
