Chelsea begin their defence of their Premier League title on Saturday afternoon when they host Burnley at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues have had a tricky summer with Diego Costa looking likely to leave and Nemanja Matic moving to their rivals Manchester United, but they will be pleased to be back on the pitch this weekend.

Burnley had a decent season last year, finishing 16th in the end and it is likely they would be happy with a similar finish this time around.
