Jack Sock is trying to track down a young tennis fan who had a Wimbledon souvenir «ripped out of his hands» on Tuesday.
Sock launched his Wimbledon towel into the crowd after his 6-3, 4-6, 7-6, 6-3 win over Christian Garin and the youngster bent forward to grab it.
An older spectator sitting in the front row also got his hands on the tennis star’s towel prompting a brief tussle.
Despite being the first to grab hold of the towel, the youngster left court eight empty-handed after the man applied a firmer grip and pulled the SW19 merchandise away from his fellow supporter.
