Coutinho has been heavily linked with a transfer move to Barcelona in the last week with the Spanish giants reportedly seeing a £72million bid rejected.
Klopp has already insisted Coutinho is not for sale at any price with the midfielder signing a fresh long-term contract at the start of 2017.
Fellow attacking star Sadio Mane was also in training as he stepped up his recovery from a serious knee injury.
Numerous reports claim Barcelona will return with an improved bid for Coutinho, with some suggesting the La Liga side were increasingly confident of sealing the transfer.
Liverpool are training in Rottach-Egern in Bavaria and will spend eight days in Germany.
Klopp will test his side against Hertha Berlin on Saturday before Liverpool take part in the Audi Cup.
Bayern Munich await Liverpool in their opening camp in the pre-season tournament.
Coutinho has never said he wants to leave Liverpool, but reports in Brazil claim his agents have already met with Barcelona.
